Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay was a mixed bag at this busy resort. The location is really convenient for enjoying nearby bars and restaurants. While the room was fairly clean, it didn't feel worth the high price, and the amenities certainly need some love. The service had its moments, but overall it felt like they were overwhelmed. I might not choose this place again for a leisurely stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing due to poor management and rude staff interactions, which overshadowed the beautiful views and potential of the place. While the restaurant had nice views, the service left much to be desired. The rooms, though spacious, felt dated and in need of an upgrade. Overall, I can't say it was good value for money given the issues I experienced.
I had a disappointing stay at this hotel, where it felt like timeshare guests were given less priority. The room I received was noisy and not very clean, and the customer service was unhelpful regarding my requests. On the brighter side, the hotel has a beautiful location and lovely amenities, but they could certainly improve on cleanliness and attention to customer needs.
My stay was marred by unkind staff and a frustrating check-in experience, which put a damper on what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. While the location was convenient, and the amenities had potential, the service didn't meet expectations. I ended up seeking another hotel for better hospitality, so I can’t comment on the dining or facilities much, but it highlights the importance of staff demeanor in making a stay enjoyable.
I just wrapped up a fantastic five-night stay at this resort in Kelowna. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning, and being right in the heart of the city made everything so accessible. The staff members went above and beyond to make my experience special; from arranging a surprise for my dad's birthday to swiftly addressing our room issues. It's easy to see why I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. However, some construction noise was an early morning nuisance during our stay, and while my first room had some issues, the management promptly moved us to a much better suite with a gorgeous view.
